What is your favorite food of your culture or cultures?

my Favorite Food is Chicken,Rice and Bean burritos

My mom is Mexican and she makes the best Mexican food, the kind of recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. My favorite everyday Mexican food is taquitos w/ guacamole. But on Christmas Eve we always have pork tamales (we make them with my aunts and cousins) and they are deliciouso lol.

    My ancestors were German, and I love sauerbraten and spaetzle and apricot strudel. Actually, a couple of my ancestors were Austrian, and Sacher Torte is my favorite dessert ……but that was over a century ago:) I like fried chicken, pulled BBQ pork sandwiches, ice cream, salads, fresh fruit…….

    I’m a Singaporean with Indonesian descendant & my favourite ethnic food from my cultural background will be Soto Ayam (Rice Cake Chicken Soup), Gado-Gado (Rice Cake With Lots Of Veg With Peanut Sauce) & Ayam Masak Merah (Chicken In Red Sauce).
